A tribute to Coco Chanel and her 125th anniversary, Karl Lagerfeld created a series of coins for the icon.
Joking about the current recession period, Karl said,
"There might be less of it, but money can still be beautiful."
Well, when you have Coco Chanel on your coin, using "money" to describe it might just sound disrespectful?

Chanel's had a long history in using coins or medallions in their jewellry and bags, so I guess its only time that they created an actual coin...
