The always so spruce Todd Lynn's designs had always reminded me of the excellent craftsmanship of Giorgio Armani's Tuxedo suits and business pieces.
Open by Kim Noorda(wow, she opened quite a number this season), blazers are of one of the many pieces to be flaunted first. The cuts of them are of course very feminine with low neck cuts and tighter waistlines.
Colour palette was dull, with mostly gray, black and copper, until the addition of the shocking soft tomato red.
Numerous trends was spotted, like the transparency, feather-like details and slightly Asian-inspired for some of the pieces.
Menswear from the collection consisted of a one-button long tuxedo suit which I would LOVE to own. Other pieces are more rock inspired with the incorporation of leather at the midsection of trousers and soft silky fabric for the sleeves of a blazer. Very interesting mixing indeed.
